The strain has an earthy, sweet, fruity, slightly floral and citrusy smell. Gelato OG tastes creamy, fruity and sweet with an earthy, spicy undertone. The terpenes discovered so far in this strain are ß-myrcene, limonene, ß-caryophyllene, linalool.*

Users report a relaxing, euphoric, calming effect with a soothing cerebral effect. Medical patients use the strain to treat their depression, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, inflammatory conditions, muscle spasms, nausea, sleep disorders, anorexia, and stress. This strain can be used in the evening but also during the day. Due to the cerebral effects of Gelato OG, it is not suitable for every patient who has sleep problems. Dry mouth, dizziness and dry eyes can be a possible adverse effect of the strain. Unsuitable for patients who have a low tolerance or are inexperienced.
